C’est bien un plan social sans licenciement qui est en route en Charente Maritime.
Plus de 200 de vos collègues (environ 250 postes) sont encore aujourd’hui dans l’expectative et dans l’angoisse.
Une partie d’entre eux sont à ce jour déjà en grande difficulté.
Ils ont besoin de voir que les agents qui composent cette administration ont un esprit de corps et sont capable de solidarité en se rendant à 10h30 à la préfecture.
Vous ne pouvez rester indifférent car ce n’est que la première lame, d’autres sont en cours :
- Création du Secrétariat Gestion Commun de la préfecture qui va fusiller une partie des services de la direction départementale
- Regroupement des services de vérification
- Transfert de mission vers la sphère privé (Encaissement, Regisseur, Agence Comptable)
Cette liste est loin d’être exhaustive
Ils comptent sur votre mobilisation. Ne les lâchez pas, ne soyez pas indifférent !!!
